Service Description

This Service can be booked for you to drop your machine into us here at the workshop any morning between 9.00 - 13.00 Monday to Saturday . If you could label your machine with your name and phone number we can take it from you when you arrive. At present turnaround is 3-7 days if urgent please say when you come in. Please bring your Embroidery hoop and any USB keys or software needed to operate the machine. The Service charge is a fixed price of £75.00 any parts required will be extra and quoted before charged.
